Every dog needs a current rabies vaccination. Bring the record to the first visit or text a photo of it ahead of time.

Coats that arrive matted may need a de-matting fee or, if the mats are close to the skin, a shorter cut than planned. That call is made with you, never without you. It's the groomer's judgment, and it's always about what's comfortable for the dog.

Very welcome. Tell us when you book and we'll build the appointment around a slower pace. Aggressive dogs can't be accepted, for everyone's safety.

Call ahead. Older dogs get shorter sessions, extra breaks and a time of day when the salon is quiet.

Accepted from 8 to 16 weeks with a special puppy appointment.

Yes. Cats are booked into their own slots with no dogs in the room. Please bring a carrier.

Grooms take a few hours. We'll text when your pet is ready. Please pick up within the hour so the suites stay calm for everyone.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please reschedule instead. Appointments cancelled outright inside that window are refunded at 50%.
